Do you hate making resolutions.... think they're stupid... waste of time... why would you even wait to make a life-change until Jan.1... all of these are valid which is why I have something else that's going to help YOU... not only with dropping the holiday weight (shout out to Ross Gellar!)....
but also with kicking butt at work, home, the kids' bedrooms and anything else you've been wanting to tackle... like organizing the crap out of your closet....
this will nurture you * instead of pressuring you * by providing a path to keep digging deeper into the "goal" or "resolution" you were thinking of.... for example... a resolution would be "I wanna lose 20 lbs this year" but the guiding word for you who... can't seem to keep a consistent workout schedule could choose "consistency" as your word...
CONSISTENCY was my word last year... this not only applied to losing weight & keeping it off but ... took me beyond it... consistency in working out... consistency in packing lunch to take to work the next day... consistency in keeping irrelevant papers off your work desk... consistency in keeping toys out off the living room floor (recruited the kids for this one!)... etc.... The year before last my word/phrase was NEXT LEVEL...
