Move Up to the Next Level

Fish Bowl Next Level

"I'm going to move up to the next level in 2018," I kept thinking to myself. The more I thought about it, I knew I HAD to push myself this year. Yup...push myself to the next level in my health. I became re-committed to my health when I decided to get finally get out of maternity clothes and TRY to be healthier. I'm happy to say that not only have a lost 30+ lbs, but I have kept it off!

Last year I pushed myself and became a certified Ground Force Method instructor. Although 2018 just started, I have recently launched a FREE, 5-Day Kickstart exercise program, which is something you do online in the privacy and comfort of your own home. Talk about moving up to the next level with my computer skills!  But seriously, I consider that moving to the next level in my health.

Have you noticed I've updated this blog every Wednesday? That. too, is one of my ways of taking my health to the next level: I have a whole blog dedicated to my health and helping others take control of their health!

As I strolled along the internet, I kept seeing people talk about their "word" for 2018. This word is a focus word, or theme if you will, that will drive you forward in the upcoming year. I thought hey! that's like my thought on moving up to the next level with my health!

And guess what else I found...intention bracelets, your "word" on a small bracelet, examples of words, and even your "word" on jewelry. What are other people getting? Things like GROWTH. PRAYER. KINDNESS. SIMPLIFY. BELONG. PURPOSE. PRACTICE. TODAY. LOVE. It can be anything, really!

So, after about 2 weeks thinking about it, I got a bracelet! My "word?"

NEXT LEVEL.

Okay, it's two words but it works 😉

I'll share a pic of it when it comes in...and btw...what's YOUR word? Move up to the NEXT LEVEL with me in 2018!
