Easy, 3-Ingredient, Mess-Free Meatballs

Need a last minute delicious recipe that won’t require you cooking over a stove or getting stuff all over tour hands? Then try this easy, mess-free meatballs recipe!

I originally got this secret recipe from my mom and people always think it’s homemade! I made it Saturday for a last-minute party and as always, people couldn’t stop saying how delicious they were!

So here you go: easy, mess-free meatballs for any occasion that the whole family will love!

You will need:

Crock pot

2 bottles of 18oz Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce

2 bags 35oz Italian style fully cooked frozen meatballs

2 tablespoons of preserves (any kind, grape, strawberry, apricot, anything you’ve got)

Optional: 1 onion cut in quarters or half

Directions:

1. Set crock pot to low. This will be in here for 4-5 hrs. If you need them faster, just turn up the crock pot.

2. Put 1 bag of cooked frozen meatballs in crock pot with one bottle of the bbq sauce. Put 1 tablespoon of preserves. Add some onion.

3. Layer the other bag of fully cooked frozen meatballs, pour other bottle of bbq sauce over them, adding 1 tablespoon of preserves and the left over onion, if you wish.

4. Make sure all meatballs got covered in the sauce.

Before you serve, take the onion out if you added it, then…

THE END!

See how EASY this is? You don’t have to get messy and take too long making something for a lot of people because it’s only 3 ingredients! Perfect for a busy, working, modern mom…
