This is a little tip has a huge impact and is an easy way to lose weight without changing what you eat. This not only helped me lose a lot of excess pounds but most importantly enabled me to   keep it off because it made me stronger in my HEAD, so I want to share how to lose excess weight without changing what you eat because I know it can be a big challenge for you (as it was for me, too...)

90% of the battle is what you THINK and how you approach dropping excess weight and what you think also impacts if you are able to keep it off long-term. You might even think

it's impossible...


my goal is too big...


I'll never get there...


all that stuff is only in your head!

I know because I used to believe those lies, too, so I want to share a little secret that helped me lose 27 lbs, and then it became 34 lbs total lost...

and this will work for you too, because it's all about what you feed yourself mentally... 


It's WRITING IT DOWN. 

I know you've heard this before, and you probably brushed it off like I first did when I heard about the "power" of writing things down.

But you know what?

The most productive people I know all write things down. They track their progress, they write down vision statements, they write daily "dream big" goals...

And they reach them. 

So I started thinking, maybe I should actually try WRITING THINGS DOWN 

before I throw it out as another lame "that won't work for me" excuse.

I told myself I needed to try it for a long time before I could judge its effectiveness (or lack thereof).

I'm writing this to share with you that there REALLY IS power in writing down your goals and tracking your progress.

Track what you want to change!
